Newly added games are not showing up
Have you added new games in the X-Wall Hub, but they are not showing up in the games list?
In many cases, you can solve this by saving the games list again in the X-Wall Hub and restarting the X-Wall software.
Step 1.
Go to the X-Wall Hub at: https://admin.interactivexwall.nl/ and log in with your account.

Step 2.
In the dashboard, click the “Games” button for your location.

Step 3.
The list of selected games will open. Check the list and then click “Save changes.”

Stap 4.
Return to the X-Wall.
Use the computer keyboard and press the Windows key (
) + D at the same time to exit the X-Wall software and go to the Windows desktop.
Move the mouse to the X-Wall icon in the taskbar at the bottom of the screen, right-click the icon, and in the menu that opens, click “Close all windows.”

Step 5.
Double-click the X-Wall icon on the desktop to restart the software.

Step 6.
Once the X-Wall has started up again, check whether all games are now visible.
