Beamer is not turning on

Have you turned on the X-Wall but are not getting any image?
This can have several different causes.
It is useful to go through the steps below to identify the issue.

Step 1.

Unplug the power cable from the power outlet, wait 10 seconds, and plug it back in.

Step 2.

The projector may be turned off.
Try turning on the projector separately using the remote control by pressing the “ON” button.
The location and appearance of this button may vary depending on the projector model.

Step 3.

Check whether the computer is turned on.
Open the front cover and remove the panel underneath the keyboard to access the computer
(6 screws).

At the front of the computer, the power button should light up blue.

Is there no blue light visible?
Try turning on the computer manually by pressing the power button.
